Simply follow this video and these simple instructions.
- 2 oz. Boodles gin
- 1 oz. honey lemon and sage simple syrup
- ½ oz. water
- 6 dashes of orange Angostura bitters
- 2 demerara sugar cubes
- lemon peel for garnish
Add sugar, simple syrup, half the boodles gin and bitters into the glass. Muddle until well dissolved. Add ice and remaining gin and water. Serve chilled with a lemon peel if desired.
