After an absence of 15 years, Hilton returned to Taiwan in a big way with an excellent property in the CBD of Banqio district in bustling New Taipei City. This means its perfectly suited for business or leisure travel with great access to food, shopping, office towers and more.
The 31 story tower houses 400 guest rooms and suites with an excellent Executive Lounge on the 27th floor.
One of our pet peeves in Asia is that so many designers close off the outside, but this lounge has a great deck for morning breakfast or evening drinks.
The rooms are stylish and very comfortable. They’re also well thought out with plenty of outlets and electric black out curtains which help immensely when trying to overcome jet lag.
The bathrooms feature two sinks, a walk-in rain shower and luxurious soaking tub.
As you’d expect from a luxury hotel the Hilton Taipei Sinban features a variety of F&B outlets including Market Flavor which offers all day dining and a lovely lunch buffet, Qing Ya which serves a mix of Taiwanese and Cantonese delicacies and SociAbility their lobby lounge. It also has a great rooftop exercise room and pool.
The Hilton Taipei Sinban is a great choice that blends form with function and luxury with comfort. Located in new Taipei City it’s also in a great location to tap the growing business and tourism activity in a growing city.
