The successful food pop-up that was first launched at The Bookworm before the Hatchery opened at the beginning of 2016, Soul Bowls is back by popular demand and will be available for weekday lunch and weekend brunch at The Hatchery. That’s right The Hatchery has Soul Bowls!
Featuring wholesome and delicious dishes, this is exactly the type of food that we should all be eating on a more regular basis – food that is good for the body, mind and soul. And don’t let the name mislead you – while they have plenty of yummy foods appropriately served in bowls, they also have a fantastic line-up of fresh brioche sandwiches and a full Soul Bowls Breakfast (photo above), perfect to get your day/weekend off to a happy start.
And to re-launch this concept in their very own space, they’re hosting a too-good-to-pass-up Soft Opening deal with 50% off their food menu until March 28th. For those who are familiar with the previous Soul Bowls Pop-Up, many of your favorite Soul Bowls are still on their menu, but you can also look forward to a “reinvigorated menu” with a couple of new exciting additions – I’m especially loving their new Ahi Aloha Poke Bowl and Acai Smoothie Bowl. They’ve also revamped a few dishes – what was previously known as their Mexicalicious is now called “Mayan Bowl” which features spicy, organic house-made chorizo that has taken this already-awesome-dish to new heights.
Soul Bowls Soft Opening Week Begins Today!
“After a successful pop-up at The Bookworm, chef David Ball has been working hard in the Hatchery kitchen testing new recipes and improving previous dishes. The new Soul Bowls menu will feature new drinks, smoothie bowls, Hawaiian-inspired poke, and previous favorites plus more healthy, hearty dishes.” – Andrew Moo, The Hatchery’s Marketing Manager
