Norma Heape has been a Flight Attendant with Continental Airlines for 53 years. She started in 1957 at the tender of age of 20… before they flew commercial jets.
It’s safe to say that over the years Norma, who is the company’s longest serving FA, has seen her fair share of changes. But what’s really fascinating is that she hasn’t lost her passion for flying. For all in our community who spend more time in the air than with their families this is good news. It’s great to see a person who’s clocked 26 million miles still loves the art of travel.
There’s hope for us all.
